COMPASS is a stable program with very few bugs or problems. We are committed to helping you to use COMPASS to transform your practice. We will help you with any problems you are having installing or using your program.

Tech Support is available most weekdays 10 until 6 pm (EST). We are sometimes available outside of these times — get in touch by phone or email and we’ll get back to as soon as we can. Please give a choice of days and times when you are available as well as detailed information regarding your problem. Tech support is free for the first 90 days after purchase. After that we charge $50 per hour with a $25 dollar minimum.

Backing Up is vital! Homeopaths with paperless offices have to back up their data. Being able to recover your data easily if your hard drive dies for example, turns a potential nightmare into an annoyance.
